Privacy Policy

We collect the following limited data:

Account Information: Email address and password hash (encrypted) when you register for the Quantum API Portal.

Token Metadata: When the RIYA-AIx application validates your AIX Token, we log the session identifier, token ID, task type code, and timestamp. We do not log task content, file paths, or output data.

Website Analytics: Standard web server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

We explicitly do not collect:

• The content of any tasks you run (files processed, URLs browsed, code written, commands executed)
• Files or documents from your local machine
• Personal data entered into forms or documents the AI processes
• Keyboard input or screen captures
• Voice recordings (microphone input is processed locally and never transmitted)
• Location data beyond country-level IP geolocation for security purposes

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your identity and validate AIX Token requests
• Provide and improve our platform services
• Send critical service notifications (security alerts, major updates)
• Investigate abuse or violations of our Terms of Service
• Comply with legal obligations under applicable Mauritius law

Account data is stored in an encrypted SQLite database on our secured servers in compliance with Mauritius data protection standards. Token metadata logs are retained for 90 days then automatically purged. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls.

The Quantum API Portal uses session cookies strictly for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics services. You can clear session cookies by logging out.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• When required by law or valid legal process from Mauritius authorities
• To protect against fraud or illegal activity

We have no advertising partners, data brokers, or affiliate data-sharing arrangements.

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion of your account and associated data, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email v@riyaai.com with the subject "Data Rights Request".

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance.
