Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using R.I.Y.A-AIx Quantum or any associated services (including the AIX API Portal at riyaai.com/quantumapi/), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our software or services.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, R.I.Y.A-AIx Quantum and its creator Vishal Coodye grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software exclusively for your personal or internal business purposes on devices you own or control.

Access to advanced features and the AIX API is governed by an AIX Token system. Tokens are allocated based on your subscription tier. Each task type consumes tokens based on compute complexity. Attempting to circumvent, forge, or misuse the token system is grounds for immediate account termination.

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (b) use the platform for malicious, illegal, or harmful purposes; (c) redistribute or resell access without written consent; (d) overload or abuse the API infrastructure; (e) impersonate other users or entities; (f) use the AI to generate content that is harmful, discriminatory, or violates applicable law.

R.I.Y.A-AIx Quantum operates primarily on your local machine. Files, personal data, and task outputs remain on your device. The only data transmitted externally is the minimum metadata required for AIX Token validation (session identifiers, task type codes). We do not store, sell, or share your personal data. API keys generated through the Quantum Portal are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your API key. Report suspected unauthorized use immediately to v@riyaai.com. We reserve the right to suspend API keys that violate these terms without notice.

All software, branding, and content related to R.I.Y.A-AIx Quantum, including the AIX Token Architecture, brand marks, and proprietary algorithms, are the exclusive intellectual property of Vishal Coodye / R.I.Y.A-AIx Project, Republic of Mauritius. The FSF partnership does not constitute an open-source license for the core engine.

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated outputs should always be reviewed by a qualified human before being acted upon in critical contexts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R.I.Y.A-AIx Quantum, its creator, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
